By car<\/h3>\n

When you go down the Cal\u00e7ada de Carriche, 500 mts after the M\u00f3veis Maples store (which you should see on your left), turn to the left when you see the next traffic lights. After that, go down the street Jaime Lopes Dias.<\/p>\n

By Metro (Ameixoeira Metro station-Yellow Line)<\/h3>\n

Travel time:<\/strong> 10 minutes on foot
\nAfter exiting the Ameixoeira Metro Station follow Rua Jorge de Sena (will pass through the SPAR store), continue till the end of the street. Turn left through the Estrada da Ameixoeira, cross the walkway to the other side of that street, to the sidewalk.
\nAfter 300 mts, you will see some stairs to go down<\/a>. Go down the stairs (you will see the 44 building board ahead). In front of the stairs, cross the walkway to the other side. Walk 20 mts to the left. You’ll see some stairs on the right. Follow down those stairs to the end.
\nAt the end of those stairs, when looking forward, you will see 40 mts from you, a superior pedestrian passage. Cross that passage to the other side of the Cal\u00e7ada de Carriche. Jaime Lopes Dias Street is on your front.<\/p>\n

From Cascais to the Center Paulo Nogueira Terapias<\/h3>\n

By car:<\/strong>
\nContinue on A5. Follow through Segunda Circular to Av. Padre Cruz in Lisbon. Take the exit toward Odivelas\/Lumiar on the Eixo Norte-Sul\/IP7 17 min (24.6 km)
\nContinue on Av. Padre Cruz. Follow the Cal\u00e7ada de Carriche to R. Jaime Lopes Dias

Start your train ride at Campanh\u00e3 (Porto) and exit at Oriente station (Lisbon).
\nThen enter the Metro at Est. Oriente station (Red Line), switch at Saldanha to the Yellow Line and exit at Ameixoeira station (Yellow Line). Then it takes 10 mins walk to Espa\u00e7o Paulo Nogueira Terapias.<\/p>\n
