By car
When you go down the Calçada de Carriche, 500 mts after the Móveis Maples store (which you should see on your left), turn to the left when you see the next traffic lights. After that, go down the street Jaime Lopes Dias.
By Metro (Ameixoeira Metro station-Yellow Line)
Travel time: 10 minutes on foot
After exiting the Ameixoeira Metro Station follow Rua Jorge de Sena (will pass through the SPAR store), continue till the end of the street. Turn left through the Estrada da Ameixoeira, cross the walkway to the other side of that street, to the sidewalk.
After 300 mts, you will see some stairs to go down. Go down the stairs (you will see the 44 building board ahead). In front of the stairs, cross the walkway to the other side. Walk 20 mts to the left. You’ll see some stairs on the right. Follow down those stairs to the end.
At the end of those stairs, when looking forward, you will see 40 mts from you, a superior pedestrian passage. Cross that passage to the other side of the Calçada de Carriche. Jaime Lopes Dias Street is on your front.
From Cascais to the Center Paulo Nogueira Terapias
By car:
Continue on A5. Follow through Segunda Circular to Av. Padre Cruz in Lisbon. Take the exit toward Odivelas/Lumiar on the Eixo Norte-Sul/IP7 17 min (24.6 km)
Continue on Av. Padre Cruz. Follow the Calçada de Carriche to R. Jaime Lopes Dias

The Cascais line has the stations Cascais, Monte Estoril, Estoril, S. Pedro do Estoril, São João do Estoril, São Pedro do Estoril, Parede and Carcavelos. You should leave at Cais do Sodré Station, Lisbon.

From Oeiras to the Center Paulo Nogueira Terapias
Using public transport:
On the Oeiras line, get on the train at Oeiras station. Get off at Cais do Sodré station. The journey time is 24 minutes on the urban train.
By Metro:
Take the Metro at Cais do Sodré station (Green Line) and get off at Campo Grande station. Switch to the Yellow Line at Campo Grande station with destination to Odivelas and leaving at Ameixoeira station.

From Porto to the space Paulo Nogueira Terapias
Start your train ride at Campanhã (Porto) and exit at Oriente station (Lisbon).
Then enter the Metro at Est. Oriente station (Red Line), switch at Saldanha to the Yellow Line and exit at Ameixoeira station (Yellow Line). Then it takes 10 mins walk to Espaço Paulo Nogueira Terapias.
