Reiki is a complementary therapy that channels the energy into the physical body and other subtle bodies of the patient aiming at a general improvement of his physical, emotional, mental and spiritual condition.

Level I of this healing system transforms the student into an energy channel that will allow him to heal himself and others.
With this level you are able to heal yourself physically as well as align your chakras so that you can enter into a state of great inner balance.
After attuning to the level that is called Shoden (the Awakening of the Inner Self), the student goes through a 21-day period of cleansing and purification.
